Privacy Policy

The Bruncho app is operated by Bruncho Manchester Limited (“Bruncho”, “we”, “us”), based at 270 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4JB, United Kingdom. The app platform is provided by THEFOODO LTD (operating as olivv.ai / Foodo.ai), 85 Great Portland Street, W1W 7LT, London, United Kingdom, acting as our processor.

• Account & contact info — your phone number (used for sign-in), and optionally your name and email address.
• Delivery addresses — addresses you save for delivery.
• Order & booking data — items ordered, table bookings, order history, loyalty activity and invoices.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available). We do not receive or store your full card number; we store only the card brand and last four digits so you can recognise a saved card.
• Gift cards — balances, activation and redemption activity for gift cards you buy or use.
• Device & usage data — a push-notification token, app-usage analytics, and crash/diagnostic data, to operate and improve the app.
• Optional information — anything you choose to send us, such as feedback or support messages.

We do not collect your device location, contacts, photos, messages, browsing history, or advertising ID. The app shows no ads.

• To create and manage your account.
• To take and fulfil your orders and table bookings.
• To process payments and operate loyalty rewards.
• To send order updates and — with your consent — offers.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To keep the app secure and stable, prevent fraud, and improve features.

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes:

• Stripe — payment processing. Full card details never touch our servers.
• Google Firebase — sign-in (phone authentication), analytics, crash reporting and push notifications.
• THEFOODO LTD — hosting and operation of the ordering platform (profile, orders, bookings, loyalty).

We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• On the web: request deletion at bruncho.co.uk/delete-account or by emailing info.bruncho@gmail.com.

All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at info.bruncho@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, where material, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
